NIPA Early Years Practitioners (EYPs) Steering Group is refreshing its membership

The NIPA Early Years Practitioners (EYPs) Steering Group is refreshing its membership and is looking for up to 3 new EYP members to join the group for an initial period of up to May 2025.
What is NIPA EYPs: NIPA EYPs has been launched to provide a special interest group within the NIPA membership for early years practitioners (up to 10 years’ qualification/experience) of all backgrounds in the infrastructure planning sphere to learn, network, and share experiences and ideas at a variety of events from panel discussions and debates to social events.
Who are the Steering Group: NIPA EYPs activities are overseen by a Steering Group that is currently made up of planners, surveyors, lawyers, environmental specialists and communications professionals based in London, Leeds, the Midlands and other areas. The group is made up of up to 12 members and there are 5 titled roles of: two Co-Chairs; Secretary; Finance and Funding; and Social Media.
What does it involve: The Steering Group meets virtually once a month to progress EYP activities, including working closely with NIPA on its programme of activities, organising and attending EYP events, and promoting engagement between NIPA and EYP members.
Who can apply: We welcome applications from EYP members from a broad range of backgrounds and areas in their first 10 years of practice from both the public and private sectors.

- Your name, job title and organisation;
- How many years experience you have in the Infrastructure Planning sector;
- In no more than two sentences why you would like to join the EYP Steering Group; and
- If you would like to be considered for any of the titled roles.
