Following Peta Donkin giving evidence on behalf of NIPA to the Commons Energy Security and Net Zero Committee earlier in May, on 29 May we provided our consultation response to the Department for Energy Security & Net Zero on the proposed changes to the energy infrastructure National Policy Statements (EN-1, EN-3 and EN-5).  This is available here.
