I am very pleased to announce that we are today publishing our strategic plan – the NIPA Plan – for 2025 to 2028, which is available here.

As I outlined at the NIPA Conference on Monday 7^th July, and on the All Members call on Tuesday 8^th July, the NIPA Plan sets out our ambition to grow NIPA as a vibrant community of practice dedicated to driving better infrastructure planning. It is grounded in feedback from members and our wider engagement, and we hope that when you read it you will get a sense of how you can benefit as a NIPA member and get involved in our activities.

The Plan is agile but acknowledges the knotty issues faced by the delivery of national infrastructure today and within the evolving legislative landscape by all those involved in the process.

The next step will be to finalise and disseminate the Year 1 Delivery Plans to demonstrate how our Working Groups and Early Years Practitioners forums will achieve the Plan’s five Outcomes.
