NIPA will be responding to the consultation on proposed reforms to processes associated with Electricity Network Infrastructure build and maintenance (Electricity network infrastructure: consents, land access and rights – consultation document),and would welcome input from members on the key points you would wish to see NIPA making.

Our main focus is expected to be on Proposal 10 – Nationally Significant Infrastructure Projects Threshold.

We invite the NIPA membership to get in touch if you would like to be part of a specialist group who will be contributing to and drafting this consultation response. The deadline is 2^nd September, and so please email info@nipa-uk.org by 26^th August if you would like to contribute.
