NIPA is pleased to invite members to a breakfast briefing exploring the implications of the Planning and Infrastructure Act 2025 and the accompanying changes to the NSIP regime for project development, consultation and engagement.

The Planning and Infrastructure Act represents one of the most significant changes to the NSIP process since the Planning Act 2008. With key provisions and guidance coming into force on 24 July, this session will bring members together to discuss what the reforms mean for project development, consultation and engagement.
