NIPA Annual Dinner 2026 – Sponsorship and Table Booking Timetable Announced

Become a MemberFollowing the exceptional demand for last year’s NIPA Annual Dinner, where all tables sold out on the day of release, we wanted to let members know the timetable for sponsorship and table bookings this year.
The 2026 NIPA Annual Dinner will take place on Wednesday 2 December 2026 at the Royal Lancaster London and we are looking forward to welcoming around 900 guests from across the infrastructure planning community.
Sponsorship Opportunities
Sponsorship opportunities are now available.
Last year’s sponsors have been given priority to renew their sponsorship packages until Tuesday 4 August. During this period, we are inviting expressions of interest for the remaining sponsorship opportunities. Any available packages will be allocated, subject to availability, on a first come, first served basis after 4 August.
General Table Bookings
General table bookings will open at 11.00am on Wednesday 12 August.
A registration link will be emailed to all NIPA members at 11.00am on Wednesday 12 August. If you have not received the email shortly after this time, please first check your junk or spam folder. If you still cannot locate it, please contact us at events@nipa-uk.org and our team will be on hand to send you the registration link directly.
Initially, organisations will be able to purchase one table only. The organisation must have at least one NIPA member. This is to ensure as many organisations as possible have the opportunity to attend. Any remaining capacity and requests for additional tables will be reviewed after the initial booking period, taking into account demand and a range of factors, including sponsorship and the number of NIPA members within the organisation.
