The 2016 NIPA Annual Dinner was held at Pilasters Hall on 23 November. The keynote speech by Professor Tony Travers was of a topical nature focusing on the implications of the Autumn Statement that the Chancellor had made earlier in the day for Infrastructure Planning. As you may have noticed a photographer was present and we have pleasure in presenting some images to help you remember the day with.
