Please find attached a draft response from NIPA to the National Infrastructure Commission’s consultation on the scope and methodology of its National Infrastructure Assessment for your consideration and comment. The corresponding consultation document can be found here.
The overall deadline for responses is next Friday 5 August, so please could you submit any comments to anguswalker@bdb-law.co.uk by close of play on Wednesday 3 August to allow time to merge them together into a beautifully coherent whole.
