The Planning Act 2008 continues to deliver consents for large infrastructure projects. However, as more schemes come to the delivery phase we reflect on the processes for dealing with material and non-material changes to Development Consent Orders (DCOs) once they have been made, and whether they are fit for purpose.
This session is intended to provide an overview of the processes, with a client and practitioners’ perspective of using the system. The panel will include: James Good of Berwin Leighton Paisner LLP, Helen Walker of Scottish Power Renewables and Alister Kratt of LDA.
The event is free to NIPA members, and for non-members there is a charge of £25 plus VAT.
If you would like to attend please email Carly Vince (carly.vince@edf-energy.com)
