We are delighted to announce that, following the success of the first NIPA EYPs mentoring lounges, NIPA is planning a fresh series of events for 2026 and we’d love for you to be a part of it.
Our next mentoring lounge will be held in Birmingham on Thursday 26th March. If you have not attended one before, a mentoring lounge is a relaxed informal gathering that provides the opportunity for NIPA EYPs to have a casual and informal discussion in small groups on themes relating to career development, each guided by one of our mentors.

Whether you are looking for guidance on your career path, want to explore a particular area of professional development or simply fancy an engaging conversation, this event is for you. When you register you will have the opportunity to suggest any specific themes or topics you would like covered in the discussions.

Places on the event will be allocated on a first sign-up basis. A waiting list will also be set up to maximise opportunities for participation.
