You are invited to a conversation on challenges that face a team in delivering a DCO on site.
This builds on ‘NIPA Insights III – Project Hindsight – Post Decision Implementation’.
We have invited:
- Damian Leydon (Programme Director, Sunergospartnership);
- Shiona Openshaw (Chartered Engineer, Costain);
- Ian Cook (Pre-construction Director, Balfour Beatty); and
- Scott Shaw (Chartered Civil Engineer, AtkinsRéalis),
to discuss what a DCO looks like from the ground up and the challenges its delivery can present.
The discussion will be chaired by NIPA Council member Amanda Pownall.
