National Infrastructure Planning Reform Board

The Government’s National Infrastructure Strategy committed to setting up a National Infrastructure Planning Reform Board (NIPRB). NIPRB has now met four times and as part of our continuing engagement with government following our July conference we were invited to present to NIPRB at its fourth meeting earlier today, co-chaired by DLUHC Minister Chris Pincher MP and Cabinet Office Minister
Lord Agnew.Board Chair Angus Walker, Board Secretary Robbie Owen and Council member Jan Bessell presented the below paper to the NIPRB.
The proposals in each of the three areas covered in NIPA’s Paper were received well. We will be pursuing each of them with officials in the coming weeks and also building them into NIPA’s consultation response to DLUHC due in mid-December
