This is a response to the consultation launched on 29 November 2018 by the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (DEFRA) on a draft national policy statement (NPS) for water infrastructure intended to be designated by the Secretary of State under the Planning Act 2008 (the PA 08).
